We invite you to go through the process of building your connections by:

  • Rate your level of loneliness on a scale of 1 – 10.
  • Determine what personal development work you need to do to rate yourself as NOT LONELY AT ALL. It could be social skills, eliminating stress, being empowered over your time etc.
  • Decide what mind frame are you committing to being in around your own loneliness level
  • Decide what actions you are going to take to be fully responsible for your sense of connection.
  • Feel free to post your level of loneliness and your intended actions in our Facebook group, Self-Growth for the Calmly Determined. 
  • Take a step towards feeling connected and give yourself time to build that community.
