It’s a new year and a new decade and in this episode we will discuss the best way to create the best year of your life WITHOUT MAKING RESOLUTIONS!!

Resolutions Don’t work because they are based on negative thoughts and actions. We take a good look at what does work and share with you the process that can make forward movement and pure motivation work for you.

The No Resolution Process:

  1. The First Step is getting clear on what you don’t want. After all, that is how the human brain works. We know what we don’t want. Ask someone what they want if life and chances are they will answer with what they don’t want. Example: I don’t want to be broke vs. I would love to live financially abundant.
  2. The Second Step is to change what you don’t want into something you do. I don’t want to be overweight, becomes, I want to be healthy and fit into a certain size. Or I don’t want to be alone, becomes I am surrounded by people who I love to be with and who love to be with me.
  3. Write a script on what it looks like, feels like, and how it is in general once you have what you want.
  4. Expect and allow your script to happen.
